Mechanical and Engineering firm in the Twin Cities is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer, PE to join the team.

Registered professional mechanical engineer for 5+ years

· 8+ years minimum overall experience

· Mechanical design experience must include:

o HVAC system design for a wide variety of mechanical system types

o Plumbing system design

o Heating/cooling/ventilation calculations

o Specification creation/editing

o Construction administration activities

o Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit

· Project management experience must include:

o Must have been managing projects for 2+ years

o Leading a design team and coordinating the work of multiple disciplines to deliver a completed project

o Writing proposals in response to RFPs

o Calculation of fees associated with proposal writing

· Other items

o Preference will be given to applicants who are also a registered fire protection engineer

o Preference will be given to applicants who can bring existing clients with them to EEA

o This is an in person position (No remote work)

o 40 hours per week

o Project related travel will be required. Typically within state of MN, but further travel could be necessary.
