Basic Work Schedule:          Monday- Friday

Education, Prior Work Experience,

Specialized Skill or Knowledge:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Admin

·       3-5 years proven track record in business sales

·       Research and Analytical skills; demonstrated proficiency in gathering and analyzing market data to identify potential leads and assess their viability.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Goal oriented and motivated, with the ability to work independently

·       Familiarity with CRM Software (Hubspot preferred)

·       Proficiency in gathering and analyzing market data

·       Active listener

 

Physical Environment/Working Conditions:

·       Must be able to manage the demands of a FT salaried position

·       Must excel at multi-tasking and be able to work on Multiple Projects at one time

·       Must have experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

 

Equipment/Machinery Used:

·       Office Equipment: copier, fax, printer

·       Computer: Hubspot (CRM), Windows – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

 Basic Function:

·        To identify, research and contact potential customers to create a pipeline of qualified sales leads as well as sell additional products or services to existing customers. 

Responsibilities:

1.     Research and identify leads: Find potential customers through databases, social media, and other online sources

2.     Outreach and engagement: Contact prospects via cold calling, email, or social media to introduce the company and its offerings. 

3.     Qualifying leads: Determine if a prospect meets the company's ideal customer profile and has a genuine interest in the products/service. 

4.     Nurture early state leads until they are ready to be handed over to the sales team by Following up with prospects to build interest and move them further down the sales funnel. 

5.     Maintain and update lead information accurately in a CRM system. 

6.     Schedule meetings, demonstrations, or calls for the sales team with qualified leads. 

7.     Working with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads. 

8.     Ensure there is appropriate follow up on all proposals, and findings are documented in the CRM system

9.     Prepare appropriate reports to be reviewed with management on a monthly basis

10.  Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product line developments

11.   Identify opportunities to enhance the lead generation process and workflow and constructively make suggestions for that improvement.

Responsible for following company safety protocols, maintaining a safe work environment, and reporting hazards.
