Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our product strategy and portfolio management efforts in Anoka. This role is pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and market leadership through the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: Craft and implement innovative product strategies that resonate with market demands and align with business objectives. Utilize customer insights, market research, and financial analytics to make informed portfolio decisions, identifying opportunities for expansion and new product development.
• Commercial Growth & Channel Strategy: Spearhead revenue and margin growth through effective pricing and channel strategies. Collaborate with key stakeholders including distributors, sales teams, and end users to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
• Product Launch & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of new product introductions, ensuring successful commercialization and market readiness. Manage the complete product lifecycle to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activities, focusing on key sectors such as industrial automation and clean energy. Evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions to bolster portfolio growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management or related roles with a proven track record in strategy and commercialization.
• Familiarity with distribution channels and industrial markets such as industrial automation and utilities is preferred.
• MBA is considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
