Role Overview

We are looking for a proven restoration closer who specializes in reskinning, refurbishing, and storm-damaged post-frame (pole barn) and metal buildings. This role focuses on insurance-funded projects involving steel roofing and siding replacements — not new construction.

If you know how to walk storm damage, control adjuster meetings, and turn aging or damaged metal buildings into full reskin projects, this is a high-income opportunity with no ceiling.

What You’ll Be Selling

• Full reskins of post-frame and metal buildings
• Steel roofing and steel siding replacements
• Storm damage restoration (hail, wind, impact)
• Refurbishment of aging or weathered pole barns, shops, and ag buildings
• Insurance-approved scopes with upgrade opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify storm damage and refurbishment opportunities on metal and post-frame structures
• Educate owners on reskin vs. patch vs. full replacement
• Handle the insurance claims process from inspection through approval
• Meet with insurance adjusters and defend full scopes
• Write estimates and supplements (Xactimate experience preferred)
• Upsell coatings, gauge upgrades, trim packages, and ventilation
• Close contracts and hand off clean projects to production
• Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously

Required Experience

• Proven exterior or restoration sales experience
• Strong working knowledge of steel roofing and steel siding systems
• Demonstrated success with insurance claims and storm restoration
• Experience with reskinning or refurbishing metal/post-frame buildings
• Comfortable inspecting buildings, climbing ladders, and working outdoors

Strongly Preferred

• Xactimate proficiency
• Experience in rural, agricultural, or light commercial markets
• History of closing high-dollar insurance claims
• Knowledge of common hail/wind damage patterns on metal panels
