Join our team as a Senior Quality Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing our quality assurance processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor teams in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to tackle complex process challenges and drive improvements.
  • Be a central figure in new product introductions, ensuring quality integration from inception through Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
  • Utilize data analytics and engineering insights to establish standards, specifications, and control limits for consistent, high-quality production.
  • Champion Lean practices by embedding tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, FAI, and PPAP into routine operations.
  • Oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), supporting audits and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead and develop a team of Quality Technicians, offering coaching and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and other teams to maintain seamless production and meet customer satisfaction.
  • Drive root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Improve in-process quality controls to bolster product reliability and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Apply engineering and Lean principles to continuously refine and enhance operational workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
  • Approximately 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality environments.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and customer-focused quality initiatives.
  • Prior experience in leadership or supervisory roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with quality certifications such as CQE, CMQ, CQA, and ISO 9001 auditing is beneficial.
  • Expertise in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
