Sales Consultant – Premier Award-Winning Post-Frame Builder

We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Consultant to be the face of our company and lead our clients from the first handshake to the close of construction.

In this role, you aren’t a lone wolf. You are the visionary lead supported by an elite internal engine, including an in-house architect and drafting team, dedicated project coordinators, and expert field superintendents.

The Role:

• Brand Ambassador: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for high-net-worth clients throughout the entire 12-18 month build cycle.
• The Architect’s Partner: Collaborate with our in-house design team to develop custom floor plans for luxury barndominiums, high-end shouses, and sophisticated post-frame residences.
• The Closer: Leverage a proven record of outperforming goals to manage a complex, high-ticket sales pipeline.
• Technical Authority: Confidently explain the structural advantages and efficiency of post-frame construction to savvy buyers.

What You Bring:

• Construction IQ: Deep residential construction knowledge is required. Specific experience with post-frame (pole barn) systems, shouses, and barndominiums is a major plus.
• Performance History: A documented track record of smashing sales targets in custom homes, luxury goods, or commercial construction.
• Relationship Mastery: The ability to maintain a "white-glove" experience while coordinating between the client, our project managers, and field supers.
• No Real Estate License Required.
