We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong foundation in the electrical power distribution sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project coordination from the initial sales order to the delivery of finished products, ensuring seamless collaboration among sales, engineering, and production teams. This is a full-time position based in Champlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and project coordination with sales, engineering, and production teams.
• Verify project specifications and sales orders, interfacing with customers to clarify or modify project requirements as needed.
• Conduct project review meetings to document progress and coordinate testing and delivery schedules.
• Manage the sequencing of purchased parts and communicate with vendors about lead times and component delays.
• Oversee project documentation for factory and quality inspections, as well as internal and customer-based testing.
• Implement value stream improvements to enhance project flow and standardize product and part construction.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of projects to end-user sites.
• Create and manage project documents, schedules, submittals, and manuals, integrating engineering inputs.
• Gather, analyze, and act upon customer feedback to meet their needs and requests effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Expertise in Electrical Power Distribution Equipment is mandatory.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test prior to employment.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve daily objectives.
