Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive manufacturing projects, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution.
• Utilize Lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen and 5S to enhance production processes, optimize layouts, and minimize waste.
• Support capital expenditure requests by justifying and implementing new equipment to elevate manufacturing operations.
• Design and develop production fixtures to improve product quality and streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and perform root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders, ensuring accurate updates to manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Mentor and guide a team of manufacturing engineering technicians to foster professional growth and development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in CAD software, with a preference for SolidWorks, and statistical analysis software like Minitab.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards, and PLM systems like Enovia.
• Exceptional technical writing, communication, and project management skills.
