Maderra Personnel is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Commercial Lead in St. John’s, NL.

• 10+ years of experience in managing contracts related to major capital infrastructure projects
• Experience managing various complex service and supply contracts covering consulting engineering procurement agencies construction companies and fabricators
• Extensive knowledge to support the generation and assessment of terms and conditions related to major contracts
• Ability to negotiate contracts effectively on behalf of the PMT
• Experience in liaising with finical and legal teams
• ability to support PMT in the generation of accurate progress reporting
• Knowledge of IFPS and PSAS to the extent required to support the organizations financial team
• Registration/membership of an appropriate Professional Association Designation
