Maderra Personnel is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Fabrication Lead in St. John’s, NL.

• 10+ years of experience in the direct management of complex steel fabrication components
• Understanding of codes, standards, and recommended practices relevant to marine-related construction
• Detailed understanding of fabrication methods, including cutting, welding, testing, coating, etc.
• Ability to accurately assess the capabilities and capacities of various suppliers, their facilities and their proposed methods
• Extensive on-site experience in managing and supervising major fabrication work
• Commitment to HSE principles and demonstrated leadership in ensuring the are upheld
• Ability to manage changes during the fabrication of major components in a safe, technically acceptable and commercially responsible manner
• Effective interfacing between PMT and fabricators
