Are you a dynamic and experienced leader in the field of Radiology looking for a fulfilling opportunity in a patient-focused environment? We are seeking a Director of Radiology Department to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our hospital. As the department administrator, you will play a crucial role in establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, standards, and objectives to ensure the effective operation of the Radiology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise staff to maintain high-quality patient care and workflow
- Maintain budgetary and fiscal accountability for the department
- Uphold regulatory standards and coordinate department services with the hospital's primary function
- Collaborate with employees, physicians, and community members to ensure exceptional service
- Engage in strategic planning to drive departmental growth and improvement
Qualifications:
- Completion of JRCERT formal program in Radiologic Technology
- Bachelor's of Science or related Health Profession preferred
- Five years of experience in radiology in a hospital setting, with three years of supervisory experience
- Current Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) certifications required
