Our client, a thriving law firm based in the Houston area, is seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team. In this role, you will represent clients in both Federal and State Courts, handling cases from inception through to trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a diverse range of cases in State and Federal Courts.
• Maintain direct communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Conduct depositions promptly and effectively.
• Manage and present cases, including witness preparation and examination.
• Draft and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Offer legal and business advice to clients on various transactions.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Oversee administrative and management tasks related to legal practice.

Qualifications:

• Proven trial experience in Commercial Litigation.
• Experience managing a litigation docket.
• Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar Association.
