About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Manager to oversee the operations of the Cath Lab. This role requires 24-hour management of the assigned unit, ensuring patient care meets established standards of excellence.

About the FacilityThis role is based at a progressive, medical facility recognized for providing high-quality healthcare services. The hospital offers comprehensive women's services, maternity care, and is noted as a High Performing Hospital for Heart Failure, Stroke, and Maternity Care by U.S. News & World Report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Cath Lab department.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational and clinical goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required.
  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
  • Active ACLS and BCLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience and 1–2 years of progressive management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate care and services.
