Location: Chicago, IL

CompuRay is currently seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team in supporting a prominent orthopedic center in Chicago. We are looking for a skilled professional with a passion for producing high-quality images and a willingness to collaborate effectively in an orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform radiographic procedures using state-of-the-art CR and DR x-ray equipment.
Demonstrate technical proficiency and positioning skills to ensure the production of top-quality images.
Collaborate seamlessly with the orthopedic medical team to meet patient care requirements.
Display confidence in performing orthopedic radiographs, with an openness to further enhance skills in this specialized area.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all radiographic procedures.
Foster effective communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in radiology.

Qualifications:

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in Illinois.
Proven experience as a Radiology Technologist, with a focus on orthopedic radiography being advantageous.
Familiarity with CR and DR x-ray equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
