Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled MRI Technician (Traveler) for a long-term weekend assignment in Rutherford County, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern imaging department using advanced MRI technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
  
  

• Follow physician instructions and safety protocols to ensure accurate scanning and patient comfort.
  
  

• Prepare patients for procedures and clearly explain the process.
  
  

• Monitor patient conditions and report any unusual reactions.
  
  

• Maintain equipment, manage scan records, and ensure proper documentation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• ARRT (MRI) Certification or ARRT (R) with MRI experience.
  
  

• Current state licensure in Tennessee (if applicable).
  
  

• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent MRI experience preferred.
  
  

• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
  
  

• Strong understanding of MRI safety and contrast administration protocols.
