Intellect Resources is seeking a well-rounded Aprima Consultant for a remote contract opportunity with one of our healthcare clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong Aprima PM/EHR experience combined with both clinical workflow and revenue cycle knowledge. This consultant will support system optimization, workflow redesign, reporting, build/configuration, end-user training, and operational improvements across ambulatory practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize clinical and revenue cycle workflows
• Configure and enhance Aprima system functionality
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts
• Provide end-user training and at-the-elbow support
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders
• Support system upgrades, testing, implementation, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• Hands-on Aprima PM/EHR consulting experience
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and revenue cycle operations
• Experience with system build, configuration, reporting, and training
• Proven ability to lead workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
