We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI agents that solve real-world business challenges for healthcare and business process outsourcing (BPO) clients. This individual will work alongside a distributed global team and play a key role in advancing the company's AI capabilities through automation, intelligent workflows, and agent-based solutions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with experience building production-ready AI applications, strong software engineering fundamentals, and expertise leveraging large language models (LLMs) to create scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build agent-based workflows utilizing large language models and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop integrations between AI agents and internal or client-facing applications.
• Create autonomous and semi-autonomous systems that enhance productivity and business operations.
• Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and business leaders to identify AI use cases and implementation opportunities.
• Optimize AI agent performance, accuracy, reliability, and response quality.
• Develop APIs, automation tools, and backend services supporting AI initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and development best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to strategic AI roadmap planning.

Required Technical Skills

• AI & Machine Learning
• Experience developing AI agents, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Experience building and deploying production AI applications.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI orchestration techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with API development and integrations.
• Experience building scalable cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering principles, version control, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Required experience with:

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years developing AI-powered solutions or agent-based applications.

• Comfortable working within a globally distributed team environment.
• Experience working with healthcare, healthcare technology, or business process outsourcing organizations.

• Background designing multi-agent systems or advanced workflow orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Prior experience working remotely across multiple time zones.
