Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare and healthcare IT positions
• Partner with hiring leaders to identify, source, and engage top talent
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Key Qualifications: 

• Healthcare recruiting experience required
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT and healthcare operations roles
