Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager - Nashville, TN
 
Seeking a Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, with profit and loss responsibility for assigned product(s).
 
Responsibility includes all daily activities for the assigned product(s). Lead key marketing initiatives, including new indications and line extensions, omnichannel digital campaigns, and developing pre/post marketing plans for current products(s) and potential launch products(s).
  • Develop a strategic and tactical marketing plan for the assigned project(s)/product(s)
  • Develop and manage the revenue forecast and expenses budget for project(s)/product(s)
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy development, and to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals
  • Develops detailed marketing plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ability to mobilize internal and external resources to achieve established project/product objectives
  • Communicate effectively and compliantly with sales leadership, marketing, and brand leads for the development of customer solutions
  • Be involved in the development of clinical studies and programs that lead to product success
  • Establish positive relationships with industry thought leaders and customers
  • Manage external vendor relationships in the development of promotional literature/programs and ensure timely on budget implementation
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to manage project activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the Project and/or Product Team Meetings
 
Requirements:
  • BA/ BS is required. MBA is recommended.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing, product managementand/or field sales with current experience in the use of digital media.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legal parameters, understanding of customer issues and the ability to develop useful marketing tools for the sales force.
  • The ability to analyze complex business issues, develop plans, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Also possess strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting and market research.
  • Eventual residence in Nashville allowing for hybrid remote work prior to relocation if needed.
 
Compensation:
  • $90,000 – $100,000 with a target bonus of $9,000 plus equity
  • Relocation assistance to Nashville, TN, if needed.
