We're partnering with a well-established independent insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join its growing Private Client team. Responsibilities
- Manage a book of high-net-worth and private client personal lines accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering proactive, concierge-level service
- Market new and renewal business with premier carriers and wholesale markets
- Prepare proposals, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage comparisons
- Conduct annual policy reviews and recommend coverage enhancements based on evolving client needs
- Resolve complex coverage, billing, and claims issues while advocating for clients
- Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and account activity within the agency management system
- Partner closely with Producers and mentor junior team members as needed
What They're Looking For
- 3+ years of Personal Lines Account Management experience within an independent insurance agency or brokerage
- Experience servicing Private Client or High-Net-Worth accounts required
- Entertainment industry client experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, valuable articles, excess liability, and specialty personal lines coverages
- Experience working with premier carriers such as CHUBB, PURE, Cincinnati, Vault, AIG/PCS, Mercury, Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, and Nationwide
- Familiarity with the California FAIR Plan and wholesale markets including Monarch, RT Specialty, Burns & Wilcox, and Amwins
- Applied Epic experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Active California Property & Casualty License required
