Description:
A boutique aviation acquisitions firm serving high-net-worth individuals, executives, and aviation professionals is building out a dedicated procurement function focused on sourcing, acquiring, and repositioning aircraft for resale. This is a deal-making role, not a traditional sales position — success here depends on market insight, negotiation skill, and the ability to spot value before others do.
What You'll Do:
Deal Sourcing
- Identify off-market and on-market aircraft acquisition opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of actionable deals
- Use market data and internal research to uncover opportunities
Deal Evaluation
- Assess aircraft value, maintenance condition, and resale potential
- Work with technical and research teams to validate assumptions
- Evaluate risk, pricing strategy, and margin
Execution
- Negotiate purchase terms and structure transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams through the acquisition lifecycle
- Support resale positioning and strategy
Pipeline Management
- Track deal flow, timelines, and conversion
- Prioritize high-impact opportunities

Requirements:
- 3+ years in transactional sales, acquisitions, or deal-driven roles
- Strong negotiation and closing track record
- Experience managing complex transactions
- Sharp analytical and decision-making skills

- Background in high-end real estate, brokerage, or asset-based sales
- Experience with $1M+ transactions
- Familiarity with valuation or market analysis tools
