We have a need for a part-time (20 hours/week) consultant role. Client is migrating from UKG HR system to SAP Success Factors (SF). While UKG and Success Factors experience is highly beneficial, most important #1 skill/experience is in the Time Mgmt and Payroll Mgmt functional areas.  

·  Data mapping/validation

·  Reporting requirements and report development

   General ledger mapping and validation

·  Testing strategy, test execution, and issue resolution

·  Validation of payroll calculations and outputs

·  Testing of downstream reporting and billing requirements

·   Identifying gaps between our current UKG processes and the future Success Factors processes.   

·   Helping ensure all required outputs are ready and validated before go-live

 Location is metro Phila, but role can be largely remote. Must be US-based.
