Role Overview:

Generate and develop business relationships with dental practices and DSOs across Wisconsin to provide temporary, permanent, and locum tenens staffing solutions. Focus on connecting practices with qualified dentists, hygienists, assistants, and auxiliary staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Development

- Research and identify potential clients using industry databases

- Build relationships through networking events, career fairs, and professional associations

- Conduct discovery meetings with practice owners and executives

- Negotiate bill rates and contracts to maximize profitability

- Track and forecast key account metrics, including quarterly sales results

 

Client Management

- Act as primary client representative, ensuring exceptional service delivery

- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill staffing requirements

- Oversee contract preparation for locum tenens and direct hire placements

- Resolve billing and payment issues promptly

- Provide regular status updates and account reports

 

Recruiting Support

- Present most placeable candidates to prospects.

- Clearly communicate job details to internal recruiting team

- Monitor placement satisfaction and address concerns

 

Requirements:

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field preferred

- 3-5 years' experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing

- Proven success delivering client-focused solutions

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
