Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 DOE

Overview
We are hiring an experienced Civil / General Construction Project Manager & Estimator to manage heavy civil and general construction projects from bid through completion. This is a senior, hands-on role for a construction professional who values accountability, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities

Manage projects from award through closeout including budget, schedule, and change orders

Prepare detailed estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, site conditions, and subcontractor pricing

Track project costs and approve invoices

Coordinate subcontractors and internal trades

Collect and review daily reports, photos, and safety documentation

Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations

Maintain strong client relationships and job site communication
Qualifications

20+ years of heavy civil or general construction experience

Project management experience required; estimating experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and follow up skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
