Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager of Product Delivery to lead the evaluation, development, and execution of new product and business opportunities within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role is designed for a proven operator who has already worked at the intersection of product, operations, and revenue and can move initiatives from concept through execution with minimal ramp time.

What You Will Own

• Identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities
• Lead initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and business goals
• Partner cross functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to drive successful product delivery
• Develop and present business cases, including financial feasibility, margin analysis, and risk assessment
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of new business opportunities
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape
• Align product initiatives with overall business strategy and growth objectives
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in product delivery, business development, or strategic growth within food manufacturing, CPG, or a related industry
• Proven ability to take initiatives from idea through execution and commercialization
• Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating business opportunities and building financial models
• Experience working cross functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams
• Track record of driving revenue growth, product innovation, or market expansion
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
