Location: Modesto, CA
Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 annually DOE
Type: Full-Time, On-Site

We are hiring a hands-on Shop Foreman to lead daily operations in an industrial and construction shop environment. This role oversees personnel, workflow, safety, and quality while coordinating closely with field and project leadership.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and assign daily shop work
• Lead and support shop personnel
• Review work orders, drawings, and priorities
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Coordinate fabrication, maintenance, and repairs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and shop organization
• Train, mentor, and evaluate shop employees
• Communicate job status and issues to leadership

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Shop Foreman or Lead
• Background in fabrication, welding, mechanical, or industrial work
• Ability to read drawings and work orders
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented
