Inventory Clerk (Temporary)

Position Summary

We are seeking several Inventory Clerks to assist with a short term inventory project in a manufacturing environment. This position will support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, record verification, and discrepancy resolution.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods

• Verify inventory quantities and locations

• Research and report inventory discrepancies

• Enter inventory data accurately into company systems

• Assist with inventory audits and physical inventory counts

• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy

• Follow inventory control procedures and safety guidelines

• Support additional inventory-related projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous inventory, warehouse, cycle count, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
