Medical Practice is expanding to Multiple locations in Arizona, and looking for Providers!
RELOCATION IS OFFERED!
We're looking for an MD/DO with prior experience in:
- Family practice
- Pediatrics
- OB/GYN
We offer a flexible schedule - work 4 x 10’s or 5 x 8’s.
All or our Providers rotate a weekend and only work 4 Saturdays per year from 8am -12pm.
Will consider recent grads and we have residency opportunities.
Provider Benefits Summary:
- Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) coverage – (Malpractice Insurance)
- Employer paid premium for:
o Group Life Insurance
o Short Term Disability and
o Long Term Disability
Benefit coverage begins on the 1st day of employment.
- Employer pays biweekly cost of medical coverage for the HDHP
- PPO Plan- the Provider pays the difference between the HDHP and PPO Plan
- Renewal fees for state licensure and DEA license reimbursed
- Ten (10) paid holidays each year
- 160 hours (four weeks) vacation time that begin accruing immediately
- 8 hrs sick leave per month and 40 hrs of Arizona sick pay leave
- Vac and sick rollover each year until max of 360 hrs

- 40 hours of paid CME Time

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Physician
- Completion of a four-year undergraduate, 4 years Medical School earning a MD or DO degree, 1 year rotating Internship, 2 years Residency
- Board certification or Board eligible
- Completion of annual CME requirements
