The Opportunity

Join a well-established, industry-leading provider of construction equipment, service, and parts as a Field Service Technician in Springfield, Missouri. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of heavy construction equipment at customer job sites throughout the region.

You’ll work independently in the field, solving complex mechanical and electrical issues while representing the company in a safe, professional, and customer-focused manner.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment in the field and occasionally in the shop

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine repairs

• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance to OEM and company standards

• Accurately document work orders, timesheets, warranty claims, and service reports using company-provided laptop/iPad

• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and service manuals

• Communicate professionally with customers and provide timely, efficient service

• Follow and promote OSHA and company safety standards at all times

• Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance records
