About the Role

Join a well-established, industry-leading construction equipment dealer as a Shop Service Technician. You’ll perform in-depth diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy construction equipment in a professional shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy construction equipment in-house

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel repairs

• Complete preventive maintenance per OEM standards

• Read and interpret schematics and service documentation

• Accurately complete service reports, timesheets, and warranty paperwork

• Follow OSHA-compliant safety practices and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Experience repairing heavy construction equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently in a shop setting
