Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair construction and access equipment at customer job sites
• Work across diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components
• Utilize diagnostic software, service manuals, and schematics to identify root causes of equipment failures
• Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify required parts and coordinate ordering to support timely repairs
• Represent the company professionally in the field while maintaining a safety-first approach

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience repairing construction, heavy equipment, or similar machinery
• Exposure to aerial or lift equipment is a plus
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and service documentation
• Comfortable working independently in a field environment
• Solid communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Personal set of tools appropriate for a field technician role
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass standard pre-employment requirements
