Responsibilities-
• Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of a wide variety of hydraulic / diesel equipment, ranging from basic troubleshooting to replacing components, in accordance with safety training and policies.
• Use of diagnostic equipment
• Installing new or reconditioned repair parts.
• Completing proper paperwork as assigned, including service reports, timecards, parts orders, etc.
• Providing the highest level of customer service and working with customers in a positive, professional manner.
• Promoting a positive work environment and proper company image with a professional demeanor
Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2+years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing diesel equipment is preferred.
• Requires basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits, drawings, or prints.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with electronic components such as cables, connectors, sensors
• Shift work, weekends and/or 24-hour call may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and manuals.
• Time management and organizational skills to prioritize work and complete on schedule
• Team player with a high level of work ethic, motivation, focus, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to work well with others
• Detail-oriented individual with a high level of problem-solving skills
