🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and repair construction equipment, aerial lifts, and dirt equipment on-site

Work across diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components

Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and real-world experience to solve problems fast

Complete service reports and work orders accurately

Identify parts and coordinate orders to minimize downtime

Build strong relationships with customers in the field

🎯 What You Bring

5+ years of construction/heavy equipment repair experience

Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics

Ability to read schematics and diagrams

Self-sufficient — you can run calls without supervision

Professional communication and solid work ethic

Your own tools and a valid driver’s license

👉 Big Advantage: Experience with aerial work platforms like

JLG, Genie, or Terex
