Established independent agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to support and manage a high-quality commercial book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service multi-line commercial insurance accounts end-to-end
• Handle marketing, quoting, binding, renewals, and policy retention
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all account activity

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial lines account management/CSR experience
• Proven experience handling multi-line commercial policies and programs
• Strong knowledge of marketing, quoting, binding, and renewals
• Experience working with carriers and underwriting teams
• Proficiency with AMS 360 or similar agency management systems (preferred)
• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license required
