Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts in the Annapolis and surrounding area

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and identify enhancement opportunities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and responsive communication

Collaborate with field operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Prepare and present proposals for enhancements and seasonal services

Monitor account performance, budgets, and profitability

Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
Ideal Background:

3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or account management
-
Strong knowledge of horticulture, seasonal service needs, and crew coordination
-
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and building long-term client relationships

Proficiency in landscape or field service management software (e.g., Aspire, LMN) preferred

Valid driver’s license required
