Landscape Maintenance Sales Representative – Arlington, TX

A leading commercial landscaping company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our maintenance client base in Arlington, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in the landscape or service industry to join a growing company with a strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in landscape maintenance, facility services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation.
• Proven track record of closing deals and growing revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
