Outstanding full-time job for a Project Manager with Healthcare or Corporate Experience

Our client is an outstanding residential home for adults living and thriving with disabilities.  They are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team to help oversee projects for several departments throughout the facility.  This is a highly visible role, working closely with the C-Suite.  Your contributions will be significant to your colleagues, team and the residents of this home.  This is an on-site role at our client's Flint, Mi location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing a variety of projects as assigned and developed by senior leadership
  • You will be responsible for 360-degree development and execution of the project (from scope, planning, execution, monitoring and post-project wrap-up)
  • Develop project plans including' schedules, resourcing, budgeting, time-lines and risks/bottlenecks
  • You will monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring both stay on track and target
  • Work closely with stake-holders to maintain clear updates and that all pertinent project information is shared and communicated.
  • Troubleshoot and course-correct and issues or bottlenecks
  • Track and monitor project progress using Project Management software
  • You will be the point person for each project and work with all teams and departments involved to help ensure all information is shared among teams. 
To Be Considered for this Role
  • You must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2-6 years of Project Management experience in a corporate or healthcare industry environment.
  • Project Management certifiction (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
  • Outstanding knowledge with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approach)
  • Outstanding leadership skills and experience working with a variety of personalities
  • Experience managing 5+ projects at once
