Your Role with the Company:

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the companies right hand employee. You will handle order reports, customer reports, customer problems and fill in on other departments when staff is absent. You will showcase your great customer service skills over the phone and communicate effectively with other departments as needed. You will also assist in the development of new products and generate purchase orders. Day to day, you will also arrange transportation pickups for trucking expedited and track all inbound and outbound shipments to verify deliveries. This position relies heavily on organization and working on a computer.
