Bench Worker / Secondary Operations Associate

Pay: $16-$17/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Temp to Hire | Monday-Friday

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has previous manufacturing or machine shop experience.

What You'll Do

• Deburr, polish, sand, brush, and finish precision-machined components
• Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications
• Handle and process parts carefully to prevent damage
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and finishing equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, machine shop, or production experience preferred
• Experience with deburring, polishing, finishing, or secondary operations is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work with small precision parts
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
