Executive Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: St. Charles, IL (Onsite)
Schedule: Part-Time | 20–24 hours per week

Our client is seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Executive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to executive leadership. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate personal and business travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen communications and prioritize requests appropriately.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with special projects and executive initiatives as needed.
- Support office operations and collaborate with team members to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Assist with accounting-related administrative tasks and payroll support, when needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and travel.
- Accounting and/or payroll experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
