Job Title: Contract Sourcer Specialist (Remote)
Schedule: 20 hours per week

The ideal candidate is experienced in sourcing passive candidates, utilizing various tools and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline. Qualifications:

•  Proficient with Linkedin Recruiter
• Familiar with ATS systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Able to managing job boards such as Indeed
• 2+ years of experience sourcing for specialized roles in technology and sales.
