Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join a precision machining company in Fenton, Michigan. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, meaning you will start as a contract employee with the potential to transition to a permanent position with the company based on performance and attendance.

The company specializes in precision machining using CNC mills and lathes. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities in a precision machining environment.

• Support CNC mill and lathe operations as trained.

• Load and unload materials and parts from machines.

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.

• Perform deburring, cleaning, and other finishing tasks.

• Use basic measuring tools as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Work with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• CNC or machine shop experience is a plus.

• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on production tasks.

• Ability to lift materials and parts as required.
