Your Role: CNC Machinist (Lathe)
You'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts. We value independence and expertise — you’ll be trusted to run jobs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC lathe machines.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

Select appropriate tooling, perform setups, and make necessary offsets.

Measure and inspect parts using precision tools to ensure quality.

Maintain machine and work area cleanliness and safety.

Work independently and collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed.
What You Bring:

At least 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience, including programming.

Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, materials, and machine setup.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A steady, reliable work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
