Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our first-shift team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on precision work, values stability, and thrives in a supportive, close-knit environment where your experience is recognized and appreciated.

Your Role: CNC Machinist (Lathe)

You'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts. We value independence and expertise — you’ll be trusted to run jobs from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate CNC lathe machines. 

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

  • Select appropriate tooling, perform setups, and make necessary offsets.

  • Measure and inspect parts using precision tools to ensure quality.

  • Maintain machine and work area cleanliness and safety.

  • Work independently and collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed.


What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience, including programming.

  • Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, materials, and machine setup.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A steady, reliable work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
