Customer Service Representative 

Full Time: Contract to Hire 

Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Monday - Friday 

Location: Flint, Mi

Job Summary:

We are assisting our client in the search for a full time  Customer Service Representative (CSR) at their manufacturing plant.  You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their customers by managing orders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR acts as a liaison between the customers and various departments within the plant to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Monitor order status and communicate any delays or issues to customers promptly.
  • Customer Service documentation and training materials.

• • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve customer satisfaction.

• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
