Position Overview
The Landscape Supervisor will oversee daily lawn care and landscape maintenance operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading teams, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead landscape and lawn care crews across multiple job sites

Ensure high-quality execution of lawn maintenance, landscaping, and groundskeeping services

Train, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and engagement

Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment to optimize workflow

Inspect job sites and address any quality or safety concerns

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Troubleshoot issues in the field and proactively resolve challenges
Qualifications

Proven experience in lawn care and/or landscape maintenance (required)

Prior experience supervising or leading teams

Strong knowledge of groundskeeping techniques, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000 – $58,000 annually
