Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Pay: $16.00/HR to $20.00/HR PLUS $2.00/HR Shift Premium

Located In Flint, MI
PMC is looking for an Experienced Quality Technician! MUST HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MEASURING DEVICES: SUCH AS CALIPERS, MICROMETERS, & HEIGHT GAGE.
Summary:
A Quality Technician is responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
• Receiving & Incoming Inspections
• 1st Piece / Set-Up Inspections
• In-process & Final Inspections
• Maintaining a 5S Work Environment
• Maintaining the QA File Structures & Storage
• Gage Calibration

Skills Required:
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift and move 10 pounds, frequently lift and move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of measuring devices: calipers, micrometers, height gage
• Basic Mathematical Skills: addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals (minimum 3 places)
• Basic Computer Skills: able to access folders, scan and save documents, type reports
• Reasoning Ability: able to define a problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

While performing this position, the employee will occasionally work near moving mechanical parts.
