We are seeking an experienced Manager of Manufacturing to lead plant operations, drive performance, and build high-performing teams. This role is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities to ensure excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost for a medical device manufacturer.
The ideal candidate brings deep operational leadership experience, a track record of continuous improvement, and an entrepreneurial spirit!
What You’ll Do

Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple departments for a privately-held manufacturing company with multiple plant locations.

Develop and execute quarterly priorities aligned with company objectives.

Maintain and review weekly Manufacturing Scorecards to drive accountability.

Improve productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Manage staffing, labor forecasting, and material planning to meet production demand.

Coach, develop, and hold supervisors and frontline team members accountable for performance.
What You Bring

10+ years of direct manufacturing operations experience.

Proven supervisory and team leadership success.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to improve processes and control costs.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in life science, medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
