Role Overview
PMC is working on several CTO roles in the Midwest and Eastern US.  As CTO, you’ll drive success  by leading technology strategy, innovation, and technical excellence. You’ll align Cloud, Data, and AI solutions with market needs, strengthen client and partner relationships, and scale high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy: Define and execute strategies for Cloud, Data, and AI, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Client Engagement: Partner with sales to deliver tailored solutions, workshops, and proposals.

• Partnerships: Strengthen ties with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google) and AI leaders (NVIDIA, OpenAI).

• Team Leadership: Attract, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering innovation.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee delivery quality and optimize technical practices.

Who You Are

• 10+ years in tech leadership, with 4+ in professional services.

• Proven success scaling Cloud/Data/AI solutions in midsize firms (300+ employees).

• Strong partner ecosystem (e.g., AWS, Microsoft) and experience leading global teams.
