Are you an experienced Powder Coat Specialist looking for a great team and a long-term opportunity? We’re hiring an experienced professional to join a well-established manufacturing company in Fenton, Michigan.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing a high-quality finish, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of quality and safety in a manufacturing environment. You’ll join a supportive, family-oriented company that values dependable em

Candidates must have at least 2 years of powder coating experience and a valid driver’s license. This position also requires driving a company vehicle as needed.
Responsibilities

Prepare metal parts and surfaces for powder coating.

Operate powder coating equipment to apply an even, consistent finish.

Inspect finished products for proper coverage, color, texture, and quality.

Set up and maintain powder coating equipment as needed.

Follow work instructions and coating specifications.

Monitor coating quality and make adjustments to ensure consistent results.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Assist with material handling and other manufacturing duties as needed.

Drive a company vehicle when required.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on powder coating experience required.

Valid driver’s license with a responsible driving history.

Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and surface preparation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
