Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist to support both revenue growth and supply chain operations. This individual will play a key role in building client relationships, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of products in the TN, NC, SC & KY regions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
• Source products from suppliers while negotiating pricing, terms, and availability
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, vendor communications, and inventory needs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, procurement, supply chain, or a related field preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
